Deaton, George...Theft; indicted may 9, 1874; 23 years old, 140 lbs., spare made [sic], fair complexion and auburn hair.

Kirkland, Aaron...Theft; indicted May 9, 1874; 24 years old, 5 feet 9 inches high, 135 lbs.,
freckled face, dark complexion, black hair.

Highsaw, James...Theft; indicted February 20, 1875; 24 years old, 135 lbs., fair complexion
and sandy hair.

Vanwinkle, Sam... Murder; indicted May 21, 1875; 18 years old

Furgison, Ault...Murder; indicted September 20, 1876; 25 years old. 145 lbs, 5 feet 10 inches
high, dark complexion, sandy hair, and considerably specked with smallpox.

Inins, Joel...Theft; indicted September 21, 1876; 30 years old, red complexion, light hair,
and below ordinary size.

Hughes, J.W.W... Murder; indicted October, 1874; 30 years old, 6 feet high, 160 lbs.,
fair complexion, light hair, one stiff finger; was sentenced to the penitentiary for fifteen years;
escaped before reaching his destination.
