He was born 12 Jun 1839 in Shawnee MS and died 25 Oct 1928 
in McGregory, McLennan Co. TX.

MARY ELIZABETH DISHOUNGH died 1925 at the home of her sister 
SALLIE MOONEY of Oglesby TX.
Burial: Comanche Springs Cemetery, McGregor, McLennan Co TX
1925: Estate records filed McLennan Co TX.

8 Sep 1825 McLennan Co TX:  Proof of Will No. 6476:
On this 8th day of Sep 1925 came on to be heard the application 
for the probate of the last will and testament of said deceased 
and for letters thereon filed herein on the 4th day of August 1925.

And it appearing to the Court that legal notices of the filing 
of said application have been issued and posted in the manner 
and for the length of time required by law and no one came to contest 
the same; and it further appearing from the testimony of the 
subscribing witness to said will sworn to and subscribed in open 
Court and filed herein that said M. E. COX deceased died in the 
County of Coryall in the State of Texas, her residence being 
in McGregor, McLennan County Texas, the 26th day of July A.D. 1925.

It is therefore ordered and decreed by the Court that the said 
will is hereby proven and established as the last will and testament 
of said. M. E. COX deceased and that I. N. COX named in said will be, 
and is appointed Ind'pt Executor of said will and estate and that 
C. P. SHAFFER and W. A. HAMILTON and J. E. BLOODWORTH are appointed 
appraisers of said estate.
