Dublin, Richard... Murder; indicted April 1873; supposed to be in Kimble County.

Raby, James R., Charged with an attempt to kill and murder, and burglary and embezzlement; he is an
ex-sheriff of this county, and left here with a large amount of tax money; is about 50 years old, red face, hair gray, well educated and of good address; indicted September, 1876.

Raby, Guy... Indicted September, 1876; same charges as above; he is about 21 years old, no beard, light complexion and hair, weighs about 150 pounds, large ears; is said to be on the clear fork of the Brazos with Oglesby’s cattle herd; is son of J.R. Raby.

Williams, Marion... Theft of cattle; indicted January , 1874.
